The general rule is that fresh evidence at appeal hearings…

Will not be allowed unless it could not have been obtained with reasonable diligence for use in the lower court, would probably have an important influence on the result and is apparently credible. B. Will be allowed provided it will have an important influence on the result of the appeal. C. Will not be allowed. D. Will be allowed if it is apparently credible. E. Will usually be allowed as this will further the overriding objective.
