Question 1 of 10
You are Prosecution Counsel for a case of Robbery in the Crown Court. The Complainant, Mrs Margaret Williams is 90 years of age, and had her handbag snatched from her whilst walking down the road. The issue in the case is identification. Mrs Williams is extremely nervous but she does not wish for you to apply for special measures, so that she is screened from the defendant in court. She does however want to discuss the evidence with you before she goes into court and would particularly like a list of the questions that you are going to ask so she can think about her answers. She wonders if you can also have a practice with her so that she gives the best account possible. What should you say to Mrs Williams?
